InspekTech is a fast-growing leading provider of risk management/loss control inspection surveys to the insurance industry and a market report provider to the finance industry.

As an Property Risk Inspector, under contract to InspekTech, you work from your home office and travel to the insured sites as they are assigned to you in your home vicinity, or if you prefer, there is an opportunity to work in other areas of the province one or two weeks at a time, with all expenses paid.

You evaluate hazards, inspect dwellings and business premises, measure and calculate square footage, draw diagrams, take digital photos, and make professional recommendations in order to provide information that is used to produce reports for our valued clients. These reports and high resolution photographs are uploaded to our servers for distribution to our clients in real time.

• Have insurance, home inspection or loss control experience
• Have fire, environmental, health or other safety experience
• Have construction or building experience.
• Have worked from home and/or in the field, and are a proven self-starter

Required tools for the job include

• High Speed Internet access.
• Reliable vehicle.
• 4MP Digital Camera
• Measuring Wheel or similar device
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Travel to other parts of British Columbia may be required for full time summer employment
• A recent criminal record check must be submitted to InspekTech for the purposes of bonding and liability coverage
